If you are unable to start your well-deserved break on our Jufenalm for any reason, you can cancel free of charge up to 28 days before arrival. After that, 50% of the booking price will be charged if you notify us of your cancellation up to 7 days before arrival. If you cancel within the last week, a 90% cancellation fee will be charged and if you do not arrive at our place on the date you booked, we will charge 100% of the total price. But hey: if the room you canceled is relocated, we will send you a voucher for your next stay in our Boho Hotel in the amount of the cancellation amount you paid.
