Mindful programs in an incomparable place of power: The Austrian BOHO Hotel Jufenalm in Maria Alm is expanding its wellness offerings and introducing retreats centered around yoga, meditation and well-being for the first time. In collaboration with the yoga studio Om Project from the province of Salzburg, the Rohrmoser host family developed various health offers in line with their Bohemian free spirit philosophy, which are intended to help reduce stress in everyday life, improve sleep and promote a conscious lifestyle through yoga sessions, breathing exercises, workshops and rituals.

Interview with Stefanie Rohrmoser
Stefanie is the good soul of the Jufenalm. Already as a child she knows every corner of the house and is between kitchen and hospitality with dedication and warmth in the business. Today, as management, she has above all the well-being of employees and guests in mind. Together with her family they work and live according to the Bohemian Spirit.
