We are pleased to offer you very special yoga specials in cooperation with the OM Project yoga studio from Saalfelden. From "Chill & Relax Yoga" to "Power & Spirit Yoga" and "Bohemian Aroma Yoga", there will be something for beginners and advanced yoga practitioners to suit our concept, ranging from relaxing, quiet sessions to powerful, energetic yoga practices. Whenever the weather permits, the sessions will take place on our exclusive viewing platform or at the beautiful Prinzensee lake just nearby. Otherwise in our retreat "The Mindful Nest". In any case, you can look forward to exciting practices, mediation and intensive asanas that will allow you to feel and re-experience all levels of body and mind. For a lasting deeply relaxed time here with us in the Jufenalm.
The specials are offered from Monday to Friday from 08:15 to 09:15 & from 16:30 to 17:30. The yoga classes are included in the room price. For yoga at the Jufenalm we ask you to book early at our reception.

Power & Spirit Yoga
Power & Spirit Yoga describes a very powerful and intense yoga session on all levels. Inspired by the Ashtanga style, the focus is on dynamic physical exercises that demand endurance and strength. This yoga practice is ideal for releasing pent-up energy and excess adrenaline. Released from these stress hormones, you can completely let yourself go in the subsequent meditation and relax deeply and sustainably.
Bohemian Aroma Yoga

Meeting place
The meeting place is in our "The Mindful Nest" right next to our chapel.
Please arrive 5 minutes before the class starts. The yoga mats are located
