Experience exclusive yoga specials at the Jufenalm—from gentle Chill & Relax Yoga to dynamic Power & Spirit Yoga, we offer inspiring sessions for beginners and advanced practitioners alike. Depending on the weather, our mountain yoga sessions take place either on the observation deck with panoramic views or at The Mindful Nest retreat.
New at our resort: Yoga – starting February 15, 2026, every Tuesday through Saturday, from 8:15 a.m. to 9:15 a.m. Participation is included in the room rate; please register by 6:00 p.m. the day before at the latest.

Start your day feeling balanced and centered, and kick off the morning with a yoga session in our “Mindful Nest.” Get your body and mind moving and open yourself up to all the moments of joy and adventure that await you in the mountains.
Experience the lightness of being with “Spirit Yoga.” The gentle flow of harmonious asanas and meditation brings calm to the mind and strength to the body. This session is the perfect way to prepare for outdoor activities like hiking or climbing and ensures a balanced start to your day.
Every Wednesday and Saturday, we offer a class that stretches you from the inside out—deep into your muscles, deep into your breath—and gives you the space to reconnect with yourself. Gentle, sustained stretches are combined with Conscious Connected Breathing (connected, rhythmic breathing). Mindfully guided breathing exercises clear the mind, release tension, and mobilize your inner strength. A moment of calm that grounds and revitalizes you—like a quiet morning in the mountains.
A dynamic practice that demands endurance and strength: “Power & Spirit Yoga” releases pent-up energy and gets your body moving. This practice offers the perfect combination of physical challenge and deep relaxation through a concluding meditation.

Sunrise Yoga – Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays from 8:15 to 9:15 a.m. The yoga class is included in the room rate. We ask all participants to register at our front desk by 6:00 p.m. the day before at the latest.
Whenever the weather permits, sessions will take place on our exclusive viewing platform; otherwise, they will be held in our tranquil oasis, “The Mindful Nest.” In any case, you can look forward to engaging practices, meditation, and intense asanas that will allow you to feel and rediscover every aspect of your body and mind. Enjoy a deeply relaxing experience here with us at the Jufenalm.
The meeting point is at our "The Mindful Nest," right next to our chapel. Please arrive 5 minutes before the class starts. Yoga mats are available at the respective location.
We also offer private yoga lessons with a personal trainer (€125 per hour). Please feel free to sign up at the front desk.
We ask all class participants to inform the yoga instructor of any physical ailments, health issues, or limitations they may have. Participation in class is at your own risk.
For me, the 9D Breathwork Experience is one of our most exciting new offerings—and something I would truly recommend to everyone. The combination of conscious breathing, music, and a guided voice creates a space where you can find peace incredibly quickly. Through headphones, you immerse yourself completely in the experience and are immediately at one with yourself. That’s exactly what I find so special about it. You let go of everyday life, reconnect with your own body, and leave feeling completely different. For me, it’s an experience you simply have to try for yourself.
