Should you not be able to start your well-deserved time-out at our Jufenalm for any reason, you can cancel free of charge up to 28 days before arrival. After that 50% of the booking price will be charged if you contact us with your cancellation up to 7 days before arrival. If you cancel within the last week, we will charge 90% cancellation fee and if you do not arrive at all on the date you booked, we will charge the total price of 100%. But hey: if you rebook the room you cancelled, we will send you a voucher for the amount of the cancellation fee you paid for your next stay at our Boho Hotel.
