At our à la carte restaurant in the Salzburg region, we blend Alpine culinary traditions with a modern bohemian lifestyle—reimagined classics paired with creative, seasonal dishes and vegan options. Whether it’s a candlelit dinner at “The Nightwood,” a convivial Tatarenhut evening at “The Modern Treehouse,” or a light lunch on the sun terrace—here, dining becomes an experience.
Our restaurant is not only open to hotel guests: We also warmly welcome outside visitors who wish to enjoy special culinary moments in Maria Alm—from breakfast to lunch to dinner.

Start your morning with a varied breakfast. A generous buffet featuring many homemade delicacies is available starting at 7:30 a.m.—most of our dishes are regional and seasonal. We’ve also got vegetarian and vegan guests covered (€35 per person). Please be sure to reserve a table well in advance if you’d like to start your morning in the Jufenalm restaurant!

When snow falls outside and the mountains glow white, it gets all the cozier inside The Modern Treehouse and Nightwood. The scent of chai latte, mulled wine, and freshly baked churros fills the air—along with sweet classics like Kaiserschmarren, homemade desserts, and small Alpine treats. A place to warm up, enjoy yourself, and truly savor the winter.
