We make every effort to have your room ready as early as possible. You can move into your room from 3 pm. If you arrive after 7 pm, please let us know by telephone. On the day of departure, please vacate your room by 10 a.m. at the latest.

✘ À la Carte Restaurant:

Our à - la - carte restaurant will spoil you with hearty and typical Austrian dishes, which we prepare fresh for you with lots of love and the best regional and seasonal products.

Only the best also for our smallest guests! Of course, we will provide you with a baby cot for an extra charge of 10 euros.

✘ Baby monitor:

As an alternative to the baby monitor, we recommend apps such as "NannyPhone", "MAM Baby Phone" or similar, which you can install free of charge via the App Store (iPhone) or Google Play Store (Android) and thus know that your child will be well monitored even on holiday. Here, the smartphone with the installed app acts as the transmitter unit (and thus remains with the baby) and any other telephone connection acts as the receiver unit (e.g. the parents' second mobile phone). You will find detailed instructions in the respective app.

The Hochkönig - Card is available free of charge at the reception. Please always take your guest card with you, as you will receive free admission and discounts at various facilities, sports and entertainment opportunities in the Hochkönig region upon presentation of this card. ✘ Cosiness:

Austrians are said to like it cosy. We hope we succeed in proving this.

✘ Board games:

A selection of board games is available at our reception. We kindly ask you to make sure that the borrowed game is complete before returning it!

✘ Towel and bed linen change:

We are happy to change your towels daily. Make a contribution to environmental protection and decide for yourself: Towels on the floor means: "Please wash!" - Towels on the hook means: "Please don't wash, I'll use it another time!"

We ask you to be considerate of other guests and to turn down your mobile phone in the restaurant.

✘ House chapel:

Our chapel is a weathermen's chapel where masses are also held from time to time. If you wish, you are welcome to see the chapel from the inside. You can get the key to open the door at the reception.

✘ Children:

Children are welcome guests with us and can enjoy our special attention. Next to the house, we have set up playgrounds on three levels for young and old and a small game enclosure for watching the animals.

Come dressed in the way you feel most comfortable.

You can join the cross-country ski trail in Maria Alm or Hinterthal. You can get more information at the reception.

✘ S unbathing lawn:

Next to our terrace is a small lawn with deckchairs where you can rest and relax. In winter, only as soon as it gets a little warmer. We are also happy to have blankets for you.

✘ Mini golf:

You will find the 18-hole mini golf course at the dorfj@t Natrun valley station (only in summer).

✘ Night entrance:

Should you ever come home late, you can open the hotel entrance door by holding out your room card.

✘ Night skiing:

The Simmerllift in Maria Alm offers you this unique experience. The illuminated piste promises a special treat three times a week - every Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 6.30pm to 9.30pm.

✘ Non-smoking hotel:

Please understand that our hotel rooms and the entire hotel are non-smoking areas. Ashtrays are available for your use in the outdoor area. Thank you for your understanding.

✘ Emergency exits & escape routes:

You can reach the outdoors from each floor via marked paths.

✘ Bike rental:

In summer you can rent city, mountain and e-bikes directly in the village at the Intersportshop at the valley station of the Dorfj@t. You can also get information about guided tours there.

✘ Repairs:

If any repair is needed in your room, please report it to the hotel reception and we will take care of it for you immediately.

✘ Restaurant dining hours:

Breakfast buffet: 7.30 - 10.30 a.m.

Lunch menu: 11.30 - 14.00

Afternoon menu: 14.00 -17.00 hrs

Dinner: from 17:00 to 20:00 you can choose from our extensive menu.

Drinks bill: You can pay for your drinks daily in cash to our waiters or, if you wish, have them booked to your room. We ask you to sign the receipts every day. Unfortunately, subsequent complaints cannot be accepted.

✘ Safe:

All rooms are equipped with a safe. This is insured for valuables up to €1,000.

✘ Sauna:

Our outdoor sauna with a view of the Steinerne Meer is open daily from 4 pm in winter. In summer, you can use it free of charge after prior registration (please at least one hour before your sauna session). Our Finnish sauna is available from 9.00 to 21.00 and our mirror sauna from 13.00 to 21.00. Bathrobes and towels can be borrowed from the wardrobe. You are welcome to purchase our Jufenalm clothing and accessories at our reception. Prices attached.

✘ Ski & bike shed:

Our ski and bike room is located in the adjacent building. To open the room, you only need your room card. Each room has its own locker to store skiing or hiking equipment. We also ask you to lock up your private bikes.

✘ Ski bus:

Ski bus timetables can be found on the brochure wall next to the reception.

✘ Ski area:

Information about the Hochkönig or Amadé ski area is available at reception.
