As an organisational talent and multi-tasking professional, you have everything in view. You manage the day-to-day running of the hotel with bookings & room allocations, reservations, invoice management, final accounting and controlling, but also our special events such as weddings. Therefore, you are in close contact with all other departments. You represent the hotel and are usually the first person our guests come into contact with. You are open to all concerns and therefore sometimes also the keeper of secrets and comforter of souls. At the end of the day, you know for sure what you have achieved, but you can be incredibly proud.
